Join AMI on May 6th at 7:30am in Las Vegas for the 2nd Annual 5k Run, Walk and Jog charity event with the proceeds going towards AMI’s mission to save and celebrate lives by discovery and research, public education and raising awareness to prevent melanoma and ultimately end melanoma-related deaths.

Itinerary: Registration starts at 7:30am. Event starts at 8am.

It’s safe to say most of us have been impacted by skin cancer in some way, shape or form. American Melanoma Institute’s events help those who want to make an impact in improving diagnosis and finding cures for melanoma and other skin cancers but are not sure how. Skin is the body’s largest organ, and your help is needed to provide the best possible care and to conduct research to improve it. Our goal is to reduce melanoma deaths to zero.

The spirit of these events is a reminder of why the research, care and treatment exist: to find the best cure for the ones we love.

AMI stands for gathering the community to fight skin cancers including melanoma. Medical and emotional care in the realm of cancer treatment is never easy, but the load is lightened when everyone gives of themselves willingly and freely to the cause. Through this event you will make an impact and a difference. So come and get your Operation Moxie on and maybe share your story!
